As a Junior / Mid-weight designer…
You’ll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with our creative team to develop designs for print and digital campaigns.
- Turn client briefs into compelling visuals that fit the brand and campaign goals.
- Create designs for brochures, posters, social media ads, websites, and more.
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and visually stunning.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Keep design files organized.
- Work with the Art Director to maintain high creative standards.
What We’re Looking For…
in a Junior / Mid-weight designer
- Experience as a designer in a design studio, an ad agency or similar field.
- 3-5 years of design experience.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.
- Up-to-date with design trends and social media platforms.
- Great communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Attention to detail and consistency.
- Flexibility to adapt to project changes and client feedback.
- A Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
