Inverroche was founded by the Scott family, their heritage set the stage for the brand name – Inverroche. The Scottish word “Inver” meaning ‘a confluence of water’ and the French word “Roche” meaning ‘rock or stone’. These are two of the very elements that have come together to spark – Inverroche.
Coco Carissa is a blend of Africa, South America, India and Europe forged into a harmonious fusion and brought to life No. 1 of the Creative Collection. The key ingredients are the seeds of the Theobroma cacao tree which grows in the Amazonian forests of South America. The seeds are also better known as cocoa or chocolate. The red berries of the Carissa bispinosa are from an indigenous tree from the forests of the Southern Cape. The locals refers to these trees as the “num-num”.
These components being the namesakes from which Coco Carissa derived her name, inspired the colourings of the packaging design with the earthy colour of the cocoa combined with the striking red of the num-num berries, whilst portraying the super-premium range through understated elegance with the finishing with gold and red foiling.
